12 Things to Stop Doing in 2010

1. Stop complaining about the Google slap.                      
2. Stop putting yourself down.
3. Stop waiting for something to come that will make everything better.
4. Stop thinking Stop writing about selling your product.
5. Stop you can read minds.
6. Stop trying to do it all yourself.
7. Stop thinking you need to come up with the new “secret” every couple of weeks.
8. Stop making excuses for not doing things to move your career forward.
9. Stop presuming everything will get better because someone else will fix it.
10. Stop writing “me too” posts, or doing “me too” work. Build on your own body of work.
11. Stop beating yourself up when you don’t create something on a given day.
12. Stop striving for perfection, and strive for execution instead.

It’s hard to stop doing things that have become a habit. The secret is to remember and say everyday Napoleon Hill’s quote: “Whatever the mind can believe or conceive the mind can achieve.” Make the change, be positive, get off your butt and take action!
